Guy's Behavior

Guys, I feel guilty am I wrong or he is? What should I do if a guy stopped texting me after I didn't want to go to a room with him?

I told him we could get something to eat instead and he said how about we get food and take it to the room then he said ok I'll let you know when I'm ready I was waiting for him to text me that he was ready but he didn't and didn't even let me know he didn't want to go anymore so I felt sad and thought I'll wait until he texts me something but nothing not even a gm the next day like usual he does. The next week I was off 3 days I cried because I didn't know what I did wrong and when I went back it was Thursday and Friday He avoided me for those 2 days at my job he stopped going there during his lunch break to visit me so I thought he isn't going to go anymore until the next week it was Monday and he surprised me he finally went again got me happy thinking he went to talk to me again or say sorry I didn't text you back that day but he actually just went to buy a salad dressing to my line and didn't say anything to me I was confused like wtf was that didn't text me either and the next time he went he went to another line I'm like wtf how can you tell me you love me a few days before and show interest just to end up doing that to me and leaving me confused like that when all I ever did was try to make you happy and invite you to eat.. that was the last time he went to my job
