so there is a guy in my college who always stares at me and when i try to talk he doesn't have much to say but he is always around me like always attentive towards what i do and talk to people so one of my friend went up to him and asked if he is single and ready to mingle to which he said yes (by the way this guys have an hint that i like him) so my friend asked him if u have a crush on any girl he said no so then he said my friend likes u and he said which friend (LIKE WTH DONT U HAVE CRUSH ON ME) but my friend didn't say my name my crush just said say her to talk to me i will see how things go how much similarities we have and we will work it out i find it odd like DONT U HAVE CRUSH ON ME and if a random person tells u about a girl that might like u U won't JUST SAY YES LIKE IM ALWAYS READY i have mixed feelings baout him being a player like if u are ready for a relation with someone u dont even know then WHY ARE U ALWAYS AROUND ME , PASSING GLANCES

First of all, you are entirely too old for a go-between. Most guys will be put off by that. Second, how is he supposed to pick up on you being interested. Guys won't approach without at least some sort of interest shown. (STARING DOES NOT COUNT).

Your friend messed up by not just telling him the truth. He should have answered the question and told him which friend. So then your crush could either confirm or deny.
