Me and my ex boyfriend of 4 years broke up 4 months ago

I walked away from the relationship because he got too toxic

We had a really messy break up

There was no contact afterwards

Until the morning of new years day - he sent me a rude email saying the following:

- happy new year sl*t

- no guy will ever want me

- im ugly

- my friends will not stay forever in my life

- he's messaging me because im nothing

- im just a "tap and dump"

- guys only would f*ck me if they're desperate or no other option
