This guy I’m off and on with continues to be in my face knowing that I want his affection and attention and he doesn’t give it to me. We’re in college so if I’m somewhere chilling in the student center he’ll walk back and fourth in front of where I’m at for no reason. And then his friend wanted to say hi to me and when he did, the guy laughed and clapped his hands like it was funny. Not only that but he decided to talk with his group of friend right in front of where I was just so that I can him. I honestly feel like he knows what he’s doing. He knows that I long for him and he’s not giving me what I desire so he’s going to play in my face to make me suffer.

It sounds like it’ll never work out. You clearly already view him as a player and manipulative. Based on what you said.
In this case, you have to detach your heart from your mind and make the logical decision. And move on and find someone better. Unless of course you wanna keep playing and giving into his childish games.
I mean what am I suppose to see him as? You what he did was just a coincidence?
If I were you, I’d see him as nothing. Cut ties and move on. I personally don’t view it as a coincidence, no.
I think you are seeing things through a heavily biased perception.
Explain how?
