Alcohol and caffeine are diuretics, which cause the production of urine to speed up. That's one possible reason.

Other factors could be particular foods or drinks causing irritation to the bladder, making you think you need to pee.

The simple solution is to drink less, but that's entirely up to you and of course it might make the drinking session less enjoyable.
