Why is he offering his friend to me?

I have a crush that has a friend that wants to get with me. He texted me saying his friend wants to get with me and if he could give him my number I said no he couldn’t. I asked him why he wanted me to date his friend so bad? He said he “ I don’t im just saying he thinks you look attractive” . If a guy has a crush on you will he be offering you his friend? Is that a way of testing me out or he just Doesn’t care and is just trying to get his friend with me. I don't know I know I might sound stupid but let me know what you think

He has no interest in you. If there’s a girl I like, there’s no way I’m offering her up to my friend. For one I think it’s kind of a fucked up thing if a girl used to be w one or two of my boys before me. Not because I’m insecure. I just think if they’re really my boys I wouldn’t do them like that.

Ya, at least thats what i think. There was this guy that wouldn't leave me alone and he kept saying he wanted me even though i told him i didn't like him so i offered my friend to him. But you should definitely talk to him and ask why or maybe you should just confess your feelings, it’ll probably make the situation easier
