It's important to remember that you have the right to set boundaries in your relationship and communicate your concerns with your partner. It's not healthy or sustainable to ignore or suppress your feelings in order to avoid conflict or keep the peace.
If you feel uncomfortable with your boyfriend talking to this female friend, it's important to express this to him and explain why it makes you feel uneasy. It's possible that there may be a misunderstanding or miscommunication that can be resolved through open and honest communication.
However, it's also important to consider whether your boyfriend is willing and able to respect your boundaries and address your concerns. If he continues to lie or withhold information from you, it may be a sign that he is not prioritizing your emotional wellbeing and the trust in your relationship.
Ultimately, it's up to you to decide what is best for your own emotional health and wellbeing. It may be helpful to seek support from trusted friends or a therapist to help you work through your feelings and make a decision that feels right for you.

See I firmly believe flirting is a form of cheating, I think you should have a problem with it if the flirting is still going on after he agreed to be exclusive with you. Normally though from my experience, a chick will back off when I simply explain I'm taken. I just don't think women push as hard for sexy talk or for something more... that's always the dude. So if it's still going on, you should be looking at your dude like WTF?
There are so many red flags in this I recommend ditching him. He is cheating on you. Example they've never had sex but she knows how big he is. That means she's seen him naked that means they've gotten naked together. He only flirts with her to keep her sober. That's not his responsibility it's hers. That's a red flag. He tells you that you're controlling him. Red flag he's projecting and placing the blame on you instead of taking responsibility. And the fact that he lies to you about stopping and proceeds to continue to cheat on you that is the time you either pack your bags and go find somewhere else to stay or you kick him to the curb and you say uh-uh I deserve better

Your boyfriend is a fuckboy. He will cheat if he isn't already. Decide if you like that.
You two don’t belong together.
