Is it safe to say when a man can't have a certain type of woman he becomes mean and a bully?

I know men are prideful and some often feel entitled to everything including certain women they pursue. Rejection must suck for these types of men. Just wondering tho do you think a man can become a bully, bitter, mean and hateful towards a woman whose out of his league or who won't give him the time of day?
