There’s this guy that I know and he’s nice to me but he does confusing things. He tells me I’m pretty and that I always look pretty, he always looks in the direction of my desk in the morning when he arrives, he stands and talks to his work buddies facing the direction of my desk and not on his side which is the other side, if I’m standing or sitting with other coworkers outside and he happens to come outside to go to his car or whatever he doesn’t look at my other coworkers he just looks at me he lowers his head and he keeps walking but what I mean weird things is that he never says good morning to me he always waits for me to pass by his desk and then then he says it, there was one time well it actually happened twice but on different occasions he was talking with his coworker that sits next to him who is a woman and I had something in my hands and I wanted to throw it in the garbage that was next to him and he gave me a really dirty look and it made me feel bad. One time I had a coworker that had a shirt on that said chubby but pretty and he repeated what her shirt said out loud and he looked at her up and down and then he like said it in a way that made me feel bad. My coworker would say that he wouldn’t treat me nicely but she didn’t like him for other reasons, I don’t get how he treated me badly cuz nothing ever happened. I really wish that I hadn’t met him, I never understood why but when I talk to him and I always felt so bad and I never know why.
Confused. Has anyone experienced this?

Girl, you are all over the road here, wth are you talking about?
A man that I like. I am describing things he does. Well I’m describing is that he’s nice and then he seems like he likes me but then he acts a certain way that just says the opposite so I’m confused
You are microanalyzing the actions of a guy that has no idea you like him. So, this guy has other things in his life besides you. The instant he sets foot in the office you start observing him (how do you know get any work done by the way?)
You are expecting him to give you all sorts of attention for some reason... maybe start by making sure he knows you like him and that he likes you. Otherwise what you are doing is a waste of time and energy.
I still can't figure out what you are talking about with your coworker and the shirt and... it just makes my head spin and I've read it three times.
He does know that I like him. I’m not micro analyzing, these are things that happen, they don’t happen in one day. Are you implying I don’t do any work? He’s always in my area I observe and I do interact with him. I don’t want or expect anything from him I am just confused by certain things he does that’s all. I know he doesn’t like me. Just because I like someone doesn’t mean I want something.
How does he know you like him?

I don’t know what his deal is. He gave me his number multiple times and then he deleted it. I don’t know why he acts that way
