Why does a guy I'm snapping save all of my snaps in chat?

I don't necessarily know him that well. I met him on instagram a few weeks ago when he reached out to me since we go to the same college. We still talk on Instagram regularly, but we snap as well. He's saving all of my snaps in chat (they are literally just pictures of my face). Why? Is it something I should he concerned about?
