I met a guy last week for a date. He looked older than the narcissist who’s been lurking around, he had grey in his hair and had a deeper voice, but he found me through Facebook and he looked slightly similar to this guy who’s been stalking me and wanted to meet in a familiar spot where I used to catch up in a group. But he looked similar. He told me that he loved me, after deleting me from an old alias and making a new one saying he was engaged and asking me if I wanted to be his girlfriend. Which is similar to what the narcissist did. It seemed like a similar mind game. I kissed this man and fooled around with him before thinking of this and didn’t have sex and he drove me home. I’ve only thought of it recently.

The word " narcissist " is vastly over used now , and often this is not the case its trendy to say " I dated a narcissist " , we should all look to ourselves first to be the best we can be.
In answer to your question , Its possible , but who would really know? Probably only you.
He told me he’s a real one and he acts like one too.
I have no way of knowing. He said a few things that sounded similar. I haven’t seen him in years up close in person.
True I’m reading about supposed narcissists, but there are people who really do have personality disorders. He’s a real narcissist, another friend has another personality disorder and I may have dependant or schizotypal personality disorder. According to our therapists.
Wow, EVERYONE is a narcissist. Can we officially call it the most misused misapplied psychology buzzword now?
No, this person really is. They told me.
You can't self diagnose yourself as a narcissist. That's not how it works.
I can tell people I'm a Super Hero too. Doesn't mean I am one.
No, but you CAN be diagnosed by a therapist, then tell others about your diagnosis.
Pretty sure that isn't the case here. But whatever, narcissists are hanging around you everywhere.
No, actually I set a very high standard for friends, so I don’t allow other selfish people into my life, so they’re not around me.
Really? How can you be sure?
People lie. a lot.
True but what’s the point in lying about this?
It doesn’t make him look cool
Look, if you want to believe and label him a narcissist, go ahead. I mean does it really matter?
Why does anyone lie about anything?
True, it doesn’t. It’s no excuse for bad behaviour.
Be so careful
