How to handle when your colleagues are bullying you alleging a sexual relationship with another co-worker?

I have my colleagues on Instagram and they have messaged me anonymously asking for more information on what happened between me and a co-worker. I suppose this was in reference to one evening I went out to have beer with this person. Nothing further has happened, but I heard another co-worked saw us “having fun and getting along”. I guess they thought something must have happened between us. I have replied to the message saying that it made me upset because it was not true at all and made me uncomfortable. Since they noticed I caught who they were, they had contacted me asking for a phone call. Wtf?

I have lowkey confronted them - over my ig story where I replied to the question but without identifying their names. Which let to them calling and texting me. One of them had unblocked and started following me again. Not sure what is going on
