Trending & News I voted that I don't. They'll be complaining like it's difficult to get a chick... No, it is not. 90 minutes a day... makes me look like I do.

All it takes is some work and it's not that difficult to get whatever type of woman you want and as often as you want. Now when some guy looks like he can't bench what I curl with one arm... Just what the fuck do they expect?
HIT THE FUCKING WEIGHTS!!!
They need to do some work... I mean they want pussy so bad and want to cry about not getting any, but all you have to do is 90 minutes a day and the girls will be trying to get you and not the other way around.
So... when I view them doing that, I see people that are not even trying and then complain about it.
I guess you can make money too, and advertise your money... but you're going to look good to thieves too. And the types of women you'll attract from that... it's not going to be good for you. It's fine, but spend the money on yourself. Be wanted because you make her lick her lips just thinking about your junk inside of her. Just hit those fucking weights.
@grega239 Plenty of bodyweight exercises to do. To make it interesting... you got to have an imagination and pretend you're ripping a guy's head off with a curl. Outside of that, I would suggest music, audiobooks, or even the news if that's your thing. For me, I watch porn between sets and have Slipknot blasting.
Don't know what to say about the "not want to get bigger" thing... I mean... that shit isn't really going to happen unless you push it and do it for years. Bodyweight sure as hell won't cut it. But you'll look good to women.
Think like you are in prison... if they can do it, so can you. Youtube it for all the tricks and trades.
Criiiinge
won't help. If im not mentally engaged, it becomes boring.
I dont want to get bigger because my slim build is more functional.
And "looking good for women" isn't a good enough reason because i refuse to waste my time to gain their approval.
I do things for me not women.
And im not buying that ill get a woman because i look good. I kniw guys with beer guts that have a girlfriend. Which means looking good isn't the issue
@Sarahr123 a woman who thinks in terms of being high value is just as low value as their pick up artist pencil thin jawline beard male equivalents. There’s a reason the two end up unhappily together. If a girl is just genuine she’s going to end up with a way “higher value” man than if she’s so aloof that any decent man would move on to someone who isn’t creating artificial barriers to entry to arbitrarily increase some concept of value.
@OctopusEars I just don’t trust a man who entertains any woman. I’m a very private person with no male numbers apart from family men on my contacts list. I don’t keep male friends, I have never set foot in a nightclub club, I don’t go to hookah lounges, I don’t stay out until after dark, I dress modestly, I don’t drink or smoke. I think I deserve a man like me but the thing is coming across a man like that is so rare unless he is a Hasidic Jew or something.
@Sarahr123 There’s plenty of men like that, but since you don’t try to get a man because you’re worried about your value, those guys give up because they can’t get anywhere. Men and women send a series of signals back and forth. If you don’t do your part (try to get a man) you’re driving away those potentially good men.
@OctopusEars lolz, thanks for responding to grega239. I was starting to feel like he was just contrarian to every angle I tried to pitch. That's why I just quit talking at all 😂 🤣
Yeah he’s a little bit of a jabroni but he’ll figure it out.
@grega239 The big 3 are gym-maxing, game-maxing, and Bux-maxing. Improving in each category to the max would obviously turn you into a real picker and chooser.
Me personally... I just gym-max. I get my money but I don't dress up, I don't wash my car or buy some fucking car that requires expensive parts to fix, and my money is going to be my money. I'm buying whatever the fuck I want for me and not for some chick. Sure she might want to go on a trip, but she can fuck off because I want that gernaid launcher for my AR-15... she can pay for her own stupid trips.
When it comes to having game... all I do is tell jokes and talk shit. I will shit test the shit tests. I basically handle woman bullshit by just being a complete fucking clown. I clown on all their stupid shit... like when they first meet up and start asking what I do, or about my education... I'll point out straight to her face what she's trying to figure out about me. Whereas a lot of guys find that as a chance to brag about their achievements.
Now keep in mind, I'm not telling you to do anything like me... you gotta do you. What WILL help you or anybody else, is you're having fun. Chicks see a dude having fun and they start wanting to be a part of that. You gotta find your niche so to speak. We all have to play with the cards that we've been dealt by fate.
Also, I would like to add that age does play a part. I banged waaaaaay more 18-year-old girls in my mid 30's than I ever got ahold of when I was 18. I did the military thing and grew up a little. For women they kind of start out having everything they need and it's more of a matter of not fucking it up. For us, we have to work on ourselves. We are not "Just born with it" like Meybelline makeup tells the chicks. We have to build it, and then the chicks cum.
@grega239 it does not have to be 90 minutes of gym.
The main difference in the gym compared to labor jobs, is that you can trade intensity vs efficiency.
In the gym you purposely exhaust your muscle, you shock it to adapt and become bigher and stronger.
In labor jobs you try to be as efficient as possible without getting tired. But, some really intense shit where you're able to take breaks between sets will also do, it will allow you to squeeze every drop of available energy to perform that set, knowing that you'll have a rest afterwards. Like carrying boxes or building material, you can keep going when you're past that lactic acid threshold, when shit really burns, that's the most anabolic part.
But, what I just described is only necessary for size. If you want to be stronger, harder and leaner, not necessarily bigger, then you don't even need to push that far.
And nutrition - @d_bone_steak talks a lot about distilling his water so he doesn't turn into a gay frog. Get your nutrients. You know that there are dudes who look like they're on steroids even though they aren't? They exist, and the steroids that they do have, are produced by their testicles. So take care of your testicles. A good place to start is utilizing this guided self-hypnosis meditation:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dG5cZzbKvW0
@RoosterBreast 😂 🤣 Guided mediation... has me thinking a lot about my testicles.
@grega239 That's not a bad idea. I'm about to shell out $300 for a 200lbs. vest to wear while I just do house chores. Extraordinary people do extraordinary shit. The average normie would look at my idea of wearing a 200lbs. vest as stupid... but think about it... our ancestors wore heavy ass armor and trained in it. Imagine how buff you got to be to carry a 40lbs. shield all day during a 16-mile march.
The gym can become fun... you just got to be creative enough to make it fun. I would suggest a home gym though so you can basically do what you wanna do. Public gyms are a joke unless it's one of those specialty gyms run by someone with a goal in mind.
200lbs is a lot. I emptied out one of my camel backs and put just 20lbs in there and I was fucking burned out after house chores. Just fucking house chores. So I'm on the market looking for an adjustable weighted vest. I'll start around 20lbs. and work my way up to 200lbs. Again, we gotta be creative as fuck and have fun doing it.
I laugh at my kid trying to carry a 25lbs plate, but I was once that weak. Kid is taller than me and struggles with just 25lbs. I grab it with my middle finger and carry it around. Progressive overload has made me like this. Like Milo from those ancient Greek stories... he carried a calf on his back every day... and as it grew into a cow... he had to grow with it.
@d_bone_steak
Is it packed with pure lead? Or fucking uranium? 200lb is no fucking joke. While that's good for short burst workouts, exactly what skyrockets the DHT hormone. If you don't want to risk injury when it falls on your boner or when you fall on someone else while you're wearing it, then try these BFR bands. They work for arms and legs exceptionally well.
Just undo the lock and you're free at any moment.
Wait, @d_bone_steak, why not buy some cheap lead-acid batteries? Make a vest out of them. Additionally you will have energy to power up a portable testicle refrigerator, overheating testes are unhealthy.
Whenever they sweat, they're overheating. And even 1°c above body temperature is enough to negatively impact testosterone levels.
Why not strap an actual refrigerator to your crotch? Powered by lead acid batteries?
And go for a hike in public?
Sounds like a great project for me.
It really depends what kind of guy you're talking about. The guys who fail to find meaningful relationships because they feel socially isolated due to being unable to find good ways to meet people, yea. Outside of bars and dive spots, there aren't many places where it's acceptable to casually roll into a conversation and join new social circles if you're not already part of several. And even then, the acceptability of that is in bars and dives is dwindling, and it requires a guy to be comfortable in that sort of place too.
If you mean the kind of guy that flails around trying to superficially impress women without even knowing anything about them and not interested in learning, and are an endless source of spaghetti? No, I don't feel that sad for them.
if a guy tries hard to get a girlfriend and doesn't get a girlfriend at the end means he thinks that :
1) he thinks he's not worthy or doesn't deserve a rltp deep down
2) he thinks he has to try hard to get a rltp altho it's not that hard
3) he has limiting beliefs about himself or about relationships based on what his parent's rltp was
4) he's picky and believes all women are cheaters or manipulative
5) he doesn't have the requirements that women seek for in a guy like money and other things
and i picked that i don't sympathise bc by doing this im just letting the victim mindset of this guy who tried hard to get a girlfriend grow , maybe showing compassion and understanding his situations yes but sympathising for him will just convince him that he's weak , which I believe that no one is weak we just have things to heal from.
To an extent. Beauty is subjective so someone will always find even the most unattractive (to me) attractive. It may not be a mutual liking but its quite possible. So rather than judge solely his looks, I’d honestly want to evaluate his personality by spending maybe a week around him. It will be completely platonic and I will give him my honest opinion at the end of the week of regarding if I’m seeing an issue that other girls may see. I wouldn’t know whether to tell him its an evaluation because he may fake his persona. But if I don’t tell him then he may expect romance and think I’m leading him on. In the end, if i see nothing wrong, then other girls would need to give him a chance romantically or platonically to see if they saw an issue that I didn't see.

No, I don't sympathize for guys who can't get a girlfriend because the secret is that it's just a numbers game. Stop caring about if the social situation is "appropriate" or not and ask as many women out as you want. If a girl likes you, she'll like that you approached her regardless of where or when. Literally the only thing that matters is rules number one and two: Be attractive. Don't be unattractive. If you weren't born a 6'4" Chad, lifting weights and wearing well-fitting clothing can go a long way.
And I especially don't sympathize for those birth control-popping cat ladies who cry about "where have the good guys all gone?" one minute and then the next cry about how they get hit on by strangers. The one and only cause for how terrible the dating pool is today is loser femcels and feminists. Every last one of those barren genetic dead ends deserve their loneliness, depression, and anxiety.
Unless the reason is that they are a cruel or nasty person, yes I do. Everyone deserves love, and I desperately wish all those with so much of it to give had an outlet for it and a chance to have it reciprocated.
Men who just want an object they can abuse and keep around for pleasure deserve nothing.
Not particularly. Maybe if I knew them to be a genuinely good guy that I knew personally, but a lot of times that's not the case and the actual good ones find what they are looking for. The rest usually have something they need to work on or in the worst case scenario, feel entitled to a girlfriend.
Np!
It's hard to feel sympathy for guys like that. They usually do feel entitled to have a girlfriend and that's not how it should be. Nobody is entitled to another person's company.
Does the same apply to girls who can’t get a boyfriend too?
Probably.
More incel ways of thinking. Men aren't entitled to those women even if they are making bad choices in their love life.
That word is so overused and a lot of people especially women call men that not because the men are actual incels but because its something you don't agree with. And never said they were. But women aren't entitled to a good man either after fooling around with the supposed asshole they hate but go back to either
I used it because it applies.
You're right, nobody is entitled to anybody else. Whether they have been "messing around with an asshole" or not. My point is, you say the good men have to wait which makes it sound like they are entitled to these women once they settle down and that is just not true. Good men and women find each other all the time despite their dating histories. Some people never do find someone they deserve. It's just a fact of life.
They have to wait because then only are they accepted. Men wouldn't have that mindset if it didn't happen. But a lot of women make certain men wait til later. And then a lot of good men feel like they get leftovers because she presented the situation that way. And good men finding relationships sure isn't happening in 2023. As of 2023 63% of men are single and only 34% of women are single. So a lot of good men will never get the opportunity to have any one but like you said, that's life. Life isn't sunshine and rainbows and not everyone finds someone
They don't have to wait. They just need to stop expecting girls outside their league or that don't want them to begin with. Have more pride than that and stop waiting for someone's leftovers. I wouldn't feel the slightest bit bad for those girls if they don't find someone to settle down with either. They had their chance and chose poorly
That's the thing even women in their league don't want them. Most men are perfectly fine with dating average and even below average women, these women dont want them though. They want high value men that other women want and a lot of women will share these men because they dont want to settle or date someone whos on their level or below them. That's the way dating works now and social media played a big part in that. Most men are invisible to women. You have to be top tier if you want women to notice you. That's why men have to kick it in gear and build their value (Work out, make money & be financially stable, have their own place, good social skills, confidence etc). Men must become to be noticed
Everybody wants to go up from their weight class but not everyone can. Sometimes girls get someone that's out of their league and they end up being assholes to them because frankly those kind of guys are just looking for a hole to stick their dicks in. That's why I don't generally feel sorry for those kinds of girls who stick around and continue to date guys like that.
I assure you though, not a lot of women are willing to share a man they are interested in. Those kind of men usually make the choice for her and end up cheating on her.
Women are pickier when it comes to guys and they should be. Pregnancy is a very real thing and you don't want to end up pregnant with some losers baby. A guy has the option to just "hit it and quit it" of he wants. The responsible party with a baby generally ends up being the woman.
Here's my problem with this. a lot of women say they need to have high standards and be picky and shouldn't settle which is fine. Good for you if that's what you want. The funny part about it is the women who have high standards end up dating a man that contradicts those standards. A man that cheats, sleeps around, has a criminal record, has multiple kids with different women but a woman with high standards chooses these men still. You have high standards yet pick shitty men still. They pick men who pump and dump and boom the single mother epidemic continues. And this is why hookup culture is women's fault. You're the gatekeepers of sex, you choose who goes in you and who gets to plant their seed
Funny you would blame the women for the men's actions of lying, cheating and saying whatever it takes to get the woman to sleep with him. You don't blame the men for anything really. To you, it's always the woman's fault for these dating woes.
If anything, young women are just more gullible and don't have the life experience yet to know who to trust when it comes to that kind of thing. We are pressured from an early age to have families and get married and become mothers. It's no wonder some of these girls rush out to find it and end up with the trash of society when it comes to men.
I blame men for not thinking logically and thinking with their dicks. Post nut clarity is a real thing. But men who get to partake in sexual activity dont realize things until after. I believe men should learn how to control their sexual urges. But a man who has sex is only as successful as the women allow him to be because they choose who gets to enter them. Women are the gatekeepers of sex and because of this hookup culture is definitely their fault. And You're encouraged not to make stupid choices but do so anyway
The question is why do you want sympathy? I know I don't. I haven't had a serious relationship in 20 years. I'm the king of 4 month dating. I've hit that mark multiple times in the last 20 and it's nobody's fault but my own. Sympathy in this situation just tells me you want people to feel sorry for you when you're the problem and can work on fixing it. I know I'm the problem, not the women I've dated. The first thing you need to do to fix something is admit that there is a problem in the first place. Stop looking for sympathy, it's a waste of time. Time that can be used to fix the problem.
Depends. I have a guy friend that hasn’t had a girlfriend and he’s a year older than me. He wants to date me but I’m not trying to be mean, but he’s just not my type. Some times it can be hard to know if they are dating someone or not. Social media doesn’t help in some cases. But my crush doesn’t look like he’s dating anyone but that’s what I can see.
I used to feel bad for my best friend, he’s been single a very, very long time and the longest relationship he’s in was a little over a year.
I found out from his ex that she caught him in multiple lies, etc.
Much more recently, my friend told me about this girl he “hooked up with”, how she…did something that hurt him bad, I felt horrible for him…up until he drunk called me one night and said how amazing that girl is, that he just isn’t ready for commitment. He’s 35 now…he has 0 excuses to be in a relationship.
I used to feel bad, but now I see it’s 100% his fault
Those guys don’t think enough about dealing with a bad relationship. We are hyper-sexualy-active because of the media, corporations and governments. We’re not supposed to be hooking up as much as we do. Some people are better off without a relationship but don’t know it because that is never promoted in movies thus it is taboo in society.
I was always a competitive guy. It's like asking, does the Olympic athlete feel sorry for the guy who came in behind him and didn't earn a medal? Nope. BUT that said, if he is asking me for advice then I would absolutely give the guy 100% helpful advice/opinions. I've known guys in my life who would never help another guy, ever. Point is, if a guy is trying to help himself I can respect that. If he is just claiming to be a victim, it's wasting my time to think about it much.
I do but I am also aware that for many of these men it’s a self-created dilemma. I know a few guys who simply have no idea how to talk to women or to bring their “A-game”. It’s not really too hard to figure out. Get in some reasonable amount of shape, learn how to have a conversation (not just talk TO women but WITH women), dress decently, don’t live in Mom’s basement, and maybe have some passions and/or life goals to give you some ambition and depth.
Nah.
It honestly isn't that complicated. But it can be hard, because you need to love yourself before you can really love someone else.
And men who tend to whine about not getting girls aren't known for the self-awareness needed for self-love.
yes and I try to help them out as most issues are solvable but often the underlying problems with humans have are what is preventing their success in the first place. Lack of willigness to change. I went through this myself for a long time.
This applies to women as well, but they seem to function a little different.
When you get past your barriers and do the necessary work on yourself and make the effort, then life changes.
Absolutely I do. It's always been fairly easy for me to get a girlfriend, but I've seen the way some guys are treated.
Between the superficial things they like about me and the amount of bullshit I can get away with, you really get a glimpse as to how shallow so many women are.
Why do I care if it doesn't affect me? Because men have to band together, and I actually want to see other guys have success with women. It's better for everyone when there's peace in the dating world
Women will say "It's not about looks", but I can definitively tell you it's most definitely about looks. They just won't admit it
Yep.
I know how annoying and frustrating it must be to try so hard at something and still not get the results, although for me, it doesn't apply to relationships, it applies to cooking, lol, but can apply to anyone in different situations.
That being said, I don't have much sympathy for those who are assholes to those who reject them, simply because they were rejected.
Nope, not in the slightest. I was one of those guys for years. To meet and date required me to get out, work at it, change myself, change my perspective towards women and towards life, and fail multiple times. No amount of sympathy or hand holding is going to teach you boys how to be a man.
I am a woman that can’t get a man no matter how hard I try, so I definitely sympathize. Loneliness is unbearably depressing and I just recently got out of a mental health facility due to the extreme loneliness and depression I’m feeling by not having a partner in my life.
Honestly, the more I look into things like the marriage institution and how often the law lets women get away with theoretically stabbing their boyfriend in the back (false sexual assault/abuse allegations etc), the more they are probably better off without one, they just have not realized it yet.
I want to believe in love, I really do. The problem is seeing my parents' marriage, the relationships I have had and see my friends go through, and finally the fact that they know they can do it with little to no repercussions, my faith in it is really hanging by a thread.
I sympathize with them to a certain extent. It sucks to not be able to romantically connect with anyone, but it kind of begs the question of why they're struggling.
I know a bunch of great guys who fall flat with women because of nothing more than bad luck; the stars just never allign for them. I know other men who fail with women because they are simply off-putting people.
No. They need put in the work on themselves and level up. With how many women are out there looking for a good man, all he would have to do is be a good man and he'll have options.
A lot of guys are struggling with 1 in 3 men reporting no sexual activity in the last year. In the past most of these men would have found wives, but today feminism and social media have turned most women into entitled whores; a majority of them are fat as well. There is a severe shortage of marriable women in the West which is why men with the means are going overseas to find wives. This is has caused the destruction of the family and is literally an existential threat to Western civilization.
even more damage done by those insidious democrats
I don’t think they’re really trying as hard as they think.
The guys I know who complain just don’t try to be better, attractive, desirable.
Honestly? No! When women do not wanna be with you its because you do something wrong. You need to figure it out what you do wrong and work on yourself. Its ok to ask help.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/4AQUV574SyYI'm less sympathetic if they blame it on other people.
And then a lot of you wonder why Fresh and fit and Andrew tate are so popular amongst men who struggle to attract women. You guys don't care about these dudes but the minute they start listening to these guys, then you complain and say they shouldn't be taking advice from those men. Pathetic blue pillers 😂
If they're a kind, honest and no b*****it person then I absolutely feel bad for them.
Everyone who wants to, and is a good person, deserves someone to love. Period.
I come from a very orthodox background and thank God most of us are save from the likes of such frivolous
Generally I do not have a lot of empathy. It's difficult to sympathise with a guy only because he cannot get a girlfriend.
It depends.
If it’s an incel thing, then no.
If it’s someone with a physical or developmental/psychological disability that makes it difficult to communicate and date, then definitely.
incels are usually developmentally disabled
Not even a little.
I feel like more often then not the guys who can’t get a girlfriend just don’t put the effort into being worth dating.
If a guy is nice enough, he can get a girlfriend, even if he is poor or uneducated.
the unemployed should just remain single, we don't need more deadbeat parents pumping bodies into this world
maybe just don't try at all, maybe that's the problem. you try too hard, it's obviously going to be a turn off. trying too hard may look desperate.
Yes, as long as they are not being picky and/or being self-sabotaging. Also they need to be willing to try new approaches.
Yes I do because for a long time I believed I was extremely unattractive and even when girls admitted they were attracted to me I never believed it and would shut them out
Yes I definitely do. I know how hard it is to not be able to get a boyfriend no matter how hard I try so I not only sympathize, I empathize.
Women have no empathy for men the sooner you learn that the better. A lot of men have no empathy too.
Honestly I don’t. If they’re trying that hard then they could’ve been had a girlfriend or they are trying too hard
Hark at all the woman saying no, they needn't come to us for sympathy when they cock things up and make shitty life decisions.
I used to until I eventually learned that it's mostly their own fault.
I sympathise... I had a bad time in my life that I felt really alone and its a frustrating feeling. No one deserves to feel like that.
LOL.. No. The problem with these dudes is that they desire pretty girlfriends when they aren't handsome themselves.
Plenty of 3's and 5's desire a boyfriend too but get ignored.
nobody not even unattractive people want an unattractive partner
There is some truth to that in many cases I’m sure. If you’re a 5/10 you can’t expect to be with a 10/10.
It is really disgusting to read that many people blame the guys who are being rejected instead of blaming the women who are doing the rejecting.
I don’t get men either so I won’t give sympathy to men. No body owes men anything. Nor am i owed a boyfriend.
Yeah I do but generally I think guys who try hard enough and make it a priority figure something out eventually
Honestly, it depends. If they do something knowingly that makes them look creepy or an asshole, then no. But, if not any of that, yes.
I used to. Not as much. What work are they doing on themselves?
Some of them might be doing a lot of work on themselves.
That’s progress. Part of that work is approaching and talking to girls
I mean, I don't know. I feel bad if someone is lonely, but most of the time this particular guy rarely does himself any favors, so it’s hard to really feel that badly about it.
If you r not getting Something then you didn't try enough or u tried the wrong way
Having been one until 27, I understand what they're going through. At a certain point we'd agree on a date with any girl who asked us.
The reminder that Society is more likely to give sympathy for women than they are towards men who are lonely and single and are struggling to attract someone
No, but I do empathize if he is not agro about it.
You have the option to get married in a traditional way.
No. I barely care that i can't get one, so i really dont about others
Yes, I do. Single life sucks. I can't give all the girls what they want, that is perfection.
Yes because I feel it’s all just a sitcom level misunderstanding.
only if he was willing to improve himself or change, otherwise why should i care?
No one cares lol, the world only cares about women and men with influence. These women that say the care, are the same women that wouldn't look our way and don't mind sharing certain men with other women
No... they can always get a hooker
the cheapest sex the one you pay for
This should be an interesting thread.
I do, because not everyone is lucky in love.
Unsurprisingly matured opinion from you.
It is a compliment. Unsurprisingly as in, your opinions are well thought unbiased always. I think I used an adjective here.
Nope, not my problem.
Nope, because they're the common denominator therefore the problem.
You can also add your opinion below!
