Subservient women simplify their lives by obeying. But that leaves them vulnerable to negative influence. I wouldn’t mind a subservient woman, but I would require that one of her services be to “service herself” outside the home. She’s basically got to be the opposite of what she truly is with other people, which makes it a tremendous challenge. She needs to choose, independently, to respect her commitment to her relationship, by respecting herself outside the home.

If they can do this, this is hard evidence contrary to them being dumb. It would actually be a remarkable sign of intelligence to compartmentalize like that and CHOOSE to be in a committed relationship that satisfies their needs.

@Chirotj I agree. And do you know yourself? You choose to be subservient. Can you also not choose who you are bossed around by? The people in this thread have a point. You’re a grown woman. You can still have control with others you aren’t intimate with. In fact, I think it’s healthier. What if you had kids, and one of them starts bossing you around? Where do you draw the line? How is it respectful to a mother to be bossed around by her children?

You can still choose to be subservient with your spouse in the privacy of your home where it’s nobody else’s business and still function as an adult. You have that power and capability. And for someone like me, it would be serving me to do so.
