Do guys care about ( hair , nails , clothes , makeup ) on their girl?

My boyfriend rarely compliments :/ maybe because there isn’t much to compliment but I’ve changed my hair color and he just tells me it looks good. Or when I get my nails done he says the same thing. Or with new clothes he rarely compliments me but if I tell him this is new he says oh is nice. Back then he use to compliment me more now he rarely does. I don’t compliment him a lot but when he gets a haircut I tell him he looks cute or I’ll randomly say you look good but I’m just wondering do guys see the details a female have?

Guys, generally, like long hair, with a nice style, that looks like it is conceivably natural color, even if it isn't. But, beyond a general level, guys don't care about clothes beyond "it looks nice" or "I don't like that", and we don't care about nails, hand bags, or shoes (yes, there are a few exceptions).

To a guy, those things are about the same importance to us as the brand of tires on our car is important to you. I bet you don't comment on his brake pads, or his gaming mouse, right? Because you don't care about those things, and it's perfectly fine if you don't, even if they are important to him.

Your guy cares about YOU, but you are NOT your hair color, or your outfit, or your fake nails, and he probably doesn't care about those things very much, and that's okay. When it comes to "beauty and fashion", all men care about is that you look feminine, clean, and as natural as possible, even if you "have a bit of help" to look that way. Getting your nails done doesn't make you more attractive to most guys, nor does getting highlights in your hair or most other stuff women are sold as being more aesthetically desirable. Only other women care about those things. Wear a $30 sundress and some sandals, with your hair down and no makeup, and you'll be as beautiful as you can be to your boyfriend.

Not at all 0. Most guys don't even look at girls nails and most guys if not all, HATE makeups, just pure disgust, because it completely masks girls natural godly beauty. Fake eyebrows, fake eyelashes, fake lips, fake face color due to all the powder you girls put, fake eye color, due to colored contact lenses, fake hair, due to hair color. Most girls don't understand, or don't want to understand or even know, but they look horrific. It's just we are living in a society where if anyone would tell her that, he be going to prison faster than he be able to say cat in the hat.
