It is not compulsory to like some one whom you don't like, it depends on wish and will, nobody can force, if threat for suicide, let him do, don't care
That sounds like a trip to HR. That is toxic manipulation and best not to put up with such BS.

That's a case where you have to tell your boss and HR and possibly if you have any health related department. It's both unhealthy to be like that and also very manipulative.

Go to HR about it. It's not your job as an employee to handle that, and the coworker needs mental help.
Look up a mental health resource to report that someone I know told me they are going to attempt to self harm.
Tell them to seek therapy. It is just too weird.

I don't have time for manipulation. Tell my boss and let the chips fall were they may.
Try to comfort them and have a chat with them, if she likes me than she will never be suicidal...
I'd call the police. And tell them they have a potential suicide watch. She can thank me later when she gets better.

Tell your boss and/or emergency services if required, but follow protocol.
Not my problem to sort out other people's mental issues.
I'd try to get them some professional help.
Get them help ASAP
