How do I tell someone I am not into them without hurting their feelings or ruining out friend group?

These three guys I work with are constantly flirting with me everyday, it gets weird at times. Well anyways I only like one of them and he is the one who just got out of a relationship recently. The other two are great guys, amazing even but I'm not into them like the other guy. I just don't want to be rude and be fix this problem in the nicest way possible.

It’s always uncomfortable esp when it’s your friend, but I think you can tell them how much you value their friendship, wanna continue being just friends, and don’t see them that way. You don’t wanna wait too long and they may get false hope even tho you weren’t flirting. But some good guy friends can wait a long time for a girl to see if she will change her mind…

How is it a problem? If they ask you on a date you politely decline. You can't really tell them to stop flirting with you because your idea of flirting might be quite different than theirs.

Tell them in a way that has a balance between humour (to make light of it so as not to hurt their feelings) and seriousness (so they know you are actually aren't interested)
