If you don’t care about something you did, does that mean you don’t regret it?

A guy kissed me while we were both drunk. I asked him about it sober, whether it bothered him and he said he didn’t care. Does this mean that he did not regret kissing me?

Yeah that is what it means. Prob not the greatest choice of words but essentially it means "yeah it wasn't a big deal" as in don't worry about it. I really can't think of another way to take that statement. If it were me I would just drop it. You are lucky it wasn't more awkward than that. When that sorta stuff happens between friends thinks after can get real weird. I have even seen some friendships suffer to the point they fall apart when the line between regular friendship and physical relationship is crossed. So it's good he didn't make a big deal about it or was awkward around you.
