Probably lmao I once had a guy ask me to go to his house so I could meet his parents when I had literally just met him, I obviously said no so he told me I could bring my parents too, again I rejected him and he acted all hurt and sad yet he had a girlfriend a week later (and no, they didn’t know each other when he asked her out, from what I found out from common friends he did the same thing with her, she apparently said yes because she thought wanting her to meet his parents immediately meant he was really serious about her)

The guy at the time didn’t have a girlfriend, they didn’t even know each other, my point is he acted like he was so serious about me to the point of wanting to meet my parents and wanting me to meet his, yet when I rejected him he immediately bounced back and pulled the same stunt on another girl he just met, it’s the typical shoot as much as you can, sooner or later you’ll meet the target

I was in high school at the time, was a small town so we had a few friends in common, when I spoke to one of his closest friends he told me that he did that with every girl that treated him nicely (he wasn’t bullied per se but was punk/emo so he was ignored by “”normal”” girls), the day I met him I approached him because he was sitting on the floor and looked upset, it was just an headache but he thought I was nice because I stopped to ask how he was instead of ignoring him like other people had done

It really depends in the guy and their situation. I should be desperate, but I don't think I am. I have been extremely devprived of any sort of relationship. I get way more attention than I ever thought I ever would, but I don't have any desire to chase and pursue any of these women. I think its because I'm still stuck on one girl. There are definitely men who are as you describe, yes. But you need to be careful - because often such men don't actually like YOU, as an individual person, as much as they like you as an IDEA - a "woman" - a hypothetical made real.
