A coworker (let's call him Levi) and I have confessed feelings toward one another but then shortly after that, he rejected me because he doesn't date people from work. I got angry at him for wasting my time pursuing me & leading me on & expressed that to him. We stopped talking and flirting with each other after that but, now that I have another coworker (let's call him Greg) who likes me (this guy follows me around everywhere and won't leave me alone, it quite annoying), I think Levi has developed a dislike to Greg which is so confusing because Levi & I don't communicate to each other like we used to anymore. One time, when Greg kept trying to call me and I answered & Levi yelled in the background to me alone. Levi has also acted passive-aggressive toward Greg even though Levi & I are not together & probably never will be... men, why is Levi being this way? Is he just being territorial? Why would he be territorial when he rejected me?

It's not protection, it's pure jealousy from him
As to why, I mean he DID or does like you. So there are still feelings there. And once a guy likes a girl all of a sudden every guy who tries to flirt with that girl is someone they don't like
Quote confusing considering he's the one that didn't want to date you huh🤔 let's say hypothetically he did date girls from work. And y'all were together. It would have the same outcome. He still wouldn't like the guy cause he doesn't like seeing someone trying to get you. He definitely still has feelings for you he just doesn't like seeing anyone else be with you even if he's not with you either
It's kinda like when you like someone and they're dating someone. Some people will grow to dislike the person they're with
It also seems if it were up to him you guys would still be talking and flirting. Perhaps he wanted sex and you shut it down before he even got there
Unless he REALLY is dedicated to not dating people he works with for whatever reason. Anyway I'm rambling, I've given you his reason
Who cares why? Tell Levi to step and go play Dad somewhere else.
