Guys, why would you care whether the girl you rejected is ignoring you or not?

Of course, "everyone is different" but really, right now I need to hear others' opinions.

The guy claims he finds me sympathetic, but he's taken and doesn't want to "ruin what he's got at the moment" 🠮 I got no chance with him. It sucks, but I really want to move on.

I wasn't really ignoring him though the last time we saw each other. I said both a simple greeting "Hey" to him as well as a farewell-ish "Bye". I have managed not to lock eyes with him during the whole training and my eyes didn't wander to him either! (that's an achievement for me)
He did squish my hand more than needed when thanking each other at the end of the training lesson. About 20 minutes later he texted me "Am I invisible to you? 🤔"

He's clearly taken yet he still acts like this? He should be GRATEFUL that I don't make dreamy eyes at him or keep trying to "win him over" if he's made his decision...

I'm just trying to tell here that rejection sucks and everybody knows that, he can't expect me to be super friendly with him. He should be glad the contact is minimal no?

Lemma explain, he wants the good stuff he got from you while you were chasing him. When you like someone your putting in more effort for them so naturally they like it and want that.
But he's already taken. Which he's not a cheater so that's good he rejected you. But he's still wanting cake and eating it too which is natural though one needs to realize that's simply not fair on you if you choose to not want that.
Which naturally you won't if you think there is no shot.

Therefore it makes sense he cares but at the same time he's been greedy and needs to learn his place. Which honestly can only happen by been humbled with girls leaving him to be single for a while.
So I think even if he stays committed his relationship is in ruin but I don't think that means you should jump in either. Otherwise there is no consequence and what happens if another girl comes along and he gets greedy again?

He's a guy who hasn't learned to value what's worth to him yet.

He is a cheater actually, we made out for hours and he wanted sex (it didn't happen). After sobering up he chose her. They're building a house... The incident between him and me, the whole issue, it's quite complicated.

I am just so annoyed by myself that I thought he might actually like me, find me attractive, it was probably just the alcohol that's why he made a move on me and I thought "here's my chance". Fck. It hurts. Now I have no self-esteem, am depressed while he's fine. I just noticed he hearted another girl's picture, a fellow boxer girl (we all go boxing)... She claims she's just friendly with him, but I've always had a bad feeling about them and for a good reason in the end. I hate that I made myself to ignore my gut feeling to try to be someone more positive and trustful as people tend to advise me.

I really hope karma gets him.

He sounds wishy washy. Would you really want to date that kind of man? He's telling you he's taken to soothe his conscious but he's also trying to keep a siphon on your attention. Gross. Find yourself a single man. There are plenty out there that won't play those kinds of games. Right now you're on the road to becoming a side piece and even if you happen to "win" and become the next girlfriend don't think for a moment he wouldn't go there again.

Thank you. I'm still hurt and sad because of what happened between me and him and I guess it's gonna take some time, but hopefully this whole incident will be of a good lesson for me.
