Why hasn’t he pressed charges against me yet or blocked me?

A lot of times men don’t make big deals of things like that the way women do. So if you’re out of his hair then why have to go through more seeing you in court or whatever trying to file charges against you. Unless you’ve done some real damage like burned his house down or his car or killed his pet or something, most men just don’t care. I have people on social media who I don’t talk to anymore but still haven’t blocked them. Not on my top priority of list as to what I need to do.

That’s not criminal. Might be slander depending on what you said, so he could sue you for that. But it sounds like he doesn’t care enough to bother if he didn’t even block you.

But I’ve heard suing somebody for slander is expensive. He may not have the money or he may not want to bother (maybe he thinks you’re broke). Or maybe some of the stuff you said is true.
