Why do I get less attention from guys now that I’m 28? no man is interested anymore unlike before why is that? pls someone explain why?

There’s a number of reasons. Trust me you’re not the only girl who realizes this after you hit a certain age. For one you may have look better when you were younger. Two, men tend to gravitate toward younger, more fertile women. By the time a lady reaches 30 she’s got about 12% of her eggs left. So a lot of times, for fertility reasons men seek younger women. Maybe you have a child now from an ex. Men aren’t too keen on wanting to raise another man’s child. The other reason is that workmen who are older tend to be more bitter because of what they’ve been through w previous relationships. If a girl is cute more than likely she has mom problem meeting men. But if she’s pretty, still single by a certain age, chances are it’s her personality. A lot of women these days tend to think they have all the time in the world. Running around, partying, sleeping around, etc. Then they realize what you’re realizing now. It’s not impossible to meet a man, just a lot more challenging.

I like sex but not with him I don’t find him attractive at all he was older than me for 13 years and not because the sexual attraction is nothing there, he wants to have sex with me 3 times a day and I had enough of that

By around 30 a guy has seen just about every game in a woman's bag. By the time start approaching you can't be a one trick (pun not intended) pony. You might actually have to start developing a personality.
