Why a guy punishes me with silence in early dating?

Early dating stage. A guy dissapears for a few days, leaves my message on seen and reapears after a few days as like nothing happened. It happens especially if i don't agree with him and try to have a normal conversation.

Why on earth would you be dealing with that? Let alone so early into dating? If someone you loved were going through that and asked for your opinion you’d most likely tell them to walk away, find someone who doesn’t silence them and certainly doesn’t punish them like they’re a bad behaving child. In your age range you should know better and want something more peaceful for yourself.

Silence in early dating is usually one of these five things:
He is busy: You don't know his life or his schedule yet.
He senses trouble: You might be signaling emotional turbulence, and he is backing off.
You are pushing: Are you being clingy?
He isn't 'The Guy': Are you chasing him because he is high value, or just because he is there? Is he a man capable of settling down?
He is a sadist: Some men are just jerks who get off on withholding attention.
Ask yourself: Is this silence worth my dignity? Is he someone who will help me build?
Real self-love isn't about being selfish. It is having the discipline to 'hunker down' and weather the silence. If he wants you, he will break the silence. If not, you didn't waste your energy chasing a ghost.
