



Quiet time and small rituals.
A walk, good music, journaling, or just stepping away from noise for a bit. Reset doesn’t have to be big it’s anything that clears your head and brings you back to yourself.
Simple, consistent care works better than occasional escapes.
For me they work hand in hand a reset us self care its nice to just slow way down chil pamper your self from head to toe but in detail im always on the go I take a shower fast eat fast shave fast brush my teeth fast clip my toe nail finger nails fast and it nice just to go slow motion. and do all the above in detail and slow motion. And when doing so you become a new person. And in no hurry. And I really like this question because now that I think about it
It like im on work mode I have 1 speed and work every job I do there is a flow to it. It's an art form but even meeting some one its like im there but maybe only 25 % and i see that now so. time. for change i guess . I need to start f oing all the above more often. I think its time
Yess i respect you for giving yourself the day for yourself. we all need a refresher. me personally i usually use my mondays to reset my 'social batteries' i like to call em. usually with a video game, or movie, or walking outside, or this month its reading, maybe all the above.

I like to sit out on our closed in porch with big windows so I can see the woods but not actually be out there 'cuz it's too cold and I just kinda' meditate. I try to do it every sunrise and sunset 'cuz it's a really good reset for me. For self-care I would so, so, so LOVE about a month long bubble bath with candles and a bottle of wine but our little place is too small for a tub so we only have a shower.

Sometimes on a Saturday instead of doing chores around the house I like to get some snacks and watch all the old cowboy shows on MeTV and just relax/
Breakfast in bed sounds so good right now
To reset I make myself the best meal at the end of the week and sit back to do all the things that release my tension
Depends on how much time I have... if time is short a good read does the trick. If i have more time I will throw my canoe on to my cars roof and get out for a paddle.
Just chill.
Watch tv, snack, read books, listen to music, play the guitar, sit out on our covered deck alone or with my wife.
I like to take bubble baths or read a book with a cozy blanket and some candles lit

I am not one for sleeping in & laying in bed. Yesterday my reset was out riding my snowmobile in the wilds of Canada. I drove close to 100 miles. That was my reset before Monday.

I get myself some fluffy silky fabrics and a tray with some fried eggs and sausage links and what looks like tangerine juice from Trader Joe's and a muffin.
