Does my 30-year-old coworker genuinely like me or just want sex?

So, this coworker of mine at work—does he really like me?

He was talking to some of the other workers, and when he saw me, he said, "Look, she's taking another shift." I told him, "Nope," because the maximum number of hours is 40, and I had already reached 40 hours.

He said, "You can ask the people in the office for more hours." Then he said, "You can work with me. It'll just be me and you."

Later, he started talking about how he doesn't like foolish behavior or foolish people. I'm 20, and he's 30. He said he thought I was older because I didn’t act like the other people in their 20’s.

He also said, "I thought you were gone." Then he asked if I needed an Uber home. I told him, "I'm good. I'm waiting for the bus." He said he didn't like me waiting outside late at night.

After we talked about some TV series we both like, he asked for my phone number. He also said we could go places and hang out. Then he asked if I wanted to go on a date with him. I told him no because I wasn't really interested.

I also remember that while he was talking to the other workers, he said that some guys pretend to be friends with girls and wait until they're vulnerable so they can have sex with them.
