I met a guy through Facebook Dating on the friendship side because I thought we were matching specifically to become friends. We’ve been talking for a few weeks, but some things he’s said and done make me think he may want more than friendship.
He has called me cute/pretty, asked for selfies (“send selfies of your pretty self”), commented that my height (5'5") is attractive, and said he wanted to see me more. He has also asked when I’m off work, wanted to hang out at a lake, and once invited me over around 10 PM.
He repeatedly asked what I looked like and eventually asked whether my body type was skinny or thick. When I asked why he cared, he said, “Cause I wanna see if I’m attracted to you 🙃.” I reminded him that I thought we were platonic friends, and he responded, “wym you just wanna be friends?”He said hopefully wanted to be more than friends.
He said he wants someone who is pretty, has a good personality, and “hopefully a freak.” When I said I wasn’t a freak, he said he didn’t want someone boring. He also asked about my kinks and what sexual things I’d be interested in, and asked what I was wearing “for him,” suggesting a dress or skirt.
At one point, he said he wasn’t looking for friendship and that if he knew that was all I wanted, he would’ve stayed home. I told him I’m inexperienced with dating and sexual stuff, and he reassured me that there was nothing to be embarrassed about.
When I interpreted “freak” as meaning he wanted sex, he clarified that he meant someone who is “into me,” saying he never said he wanted sex and that he would have said so if that were what he wanted.
I was initially somewhat attracted to him and nervous about meeting him.

He was looking for sex. That’s it. I used to post adds in the “platonic friends” section on Craig’s list because girls would answer. If you said you were looking for hookups girls never answered… prostitutes did.
Once I would start talking to these girls the truth would come out. Many were looking for sex but they wanted to get to know you first.
This guy is doing what I used to do. Although I never asked for sex…. It was always the girl who asked first.
At best this speaks of emotional immaturity, which is common in your people. If he makes you feel unsafe follow your instincts and walk away. It better for both of you that he lives with his mistakes that you don't have to live with yours.
Your people what do you mean?
You can’t say for sure but of course guys are gonna tell you oh you’re so pretty. You look great so they can work on getting a piece of you know what don’t fall for the tricks but like I said, I can’t guarantee you his mindframe, but you know where I’m coming from
Sounds like he wants sex. But perhaps also wants to date. But definitely sex is his priority
You gonna meet with him?
It was supposed to be yesterday but since I said let’s just be friends. He decided to stay home
You just asked this yesterday!
I’m trying to figure out what To do?
