Why does he keep sending relationship videos when I’ve said I’m staying single?

So i do admit that I have talked to him a couple times about my ex, but when he send these videos about relationships whether about finding someone better, not letting anyone treat me this way or having kids and raising a family, it's not around the time I talked about my ex. The guy's not interested in me, and I keep telling him that im staying single.
So why does he randomly send videos about men and women's relationships? None of that applies to me.

Has he verbally stated he isn’t interested? Or is this like an assumption based off his behavior? I ask because guys don’t usually take the time to find and send those kinds of videos without some underlying motive. If you’re certain he isn’t interested then I’m thinking it’s either one of two things. A — he’s trying to lowkey play some kind of therapist who thinks he knows what you need/want better than you do. After talking to you about your ex, he may view your desire to stay single as some sort of temporary shield. Or B — he might just enjoy the attention/validation that comes that comes from playing the role of a wise, supportive sort of “savior” in your life, enjoying the emotional dependency that can come with his input. Of course, my comment and others are just guesses, and I’m not sure if anyone other than him can provide the true clarity that you probably want the most. In any case, if it gets annoying then obviously you have the right to shut it down directly, ask him not to send these videos because you aren’t interested in that content.
