So many places I go, I see way too much... way too much of chubby, flabby guys. Guys, you may not realize it... you may have gotten used to it... but you're fat. And that's not good. Lifting and getting in shape will solve a lot of your problems if you actually get to it!

My chubby, overweight friends... you might be used to living like how you are, being sedentary, being depressed, having allergies, bad knees... You don't need to. I'm not going to include links here because there are too many to count, but being overweight obese raises your likelihood of cardiovascular disease, your risk of stroke, cancer, knee problems, breathing problems, depression, and even shortens your dick. Not to mention the sheer fact you have to shop in plus sized, and you have a harder time doing things like fitting in chairs, desks, or getting in and out of cars. Working out can drastically improve your life in so many areas, it is invaluable. So my overweight, chubby, flabby, and skinny fat comrades... cough up the $20 bucks a month, take your own healthy lunch to work every week, and hit the gym, even if it's just for a 40 minute session twice a week. You will love yourself, you will love life, and you will love all of us who harangued you into actually going. The world itself will be a better place for you!
