They're embarassing, and can ruin a mans life. Some people call them man boobs, or moobs.. I call them chest fat, because thats what it is technically. And its hurtful telling a man he has man boobs, its better saying chest fat. Ok lets get into it, here are some ways you can get rid of chest fat quickly. 1st off you need to fin out if you have gyno, or a fat chest. If you have a fat chest it should look something like this
This is good. If you have a chest like this you're lucky, well not lucky but you get the point.
This just meanss you're overall bigger which can be changed. Or if you have a chest like this:
This is gyno. It's a combination of chest fat, and hormones. Now if you have this, you're not so lucky.
this can be improved, and i can show you how to improve this but even when you have a muscular chest you'll still notice them. This occurs mostly in teenage men, when they're going through puberty, and as you get older they start to "fade away" .. well some of them do.. some men still have them as they get older it depends on your hormones/ genes... by the time you get rid of chest fat you probably won't care.
After the age of about 20?, and you still have them, even after you lose weight, the only way this can be fixed is surgery.. but honestly after you lose weight its not that bad. Ok you can determine by looks if you have gyno or not, which doesn't matter If you follow these steps by a year or 2 depending on how much you weigh you should look good.

Ok lets get into how to get rid of these demons.
1. Cardio
Get moving, go walking for about an hour or jogging for maybe 25 minutes. You don't even have to get a gym membership. Cardio will help you lose wight overall. Cardio is really really important:
If you do have access to a gym i reccomend the elliptical
I recommend this because its easy, and it gets your fat burning fast. Also it trains your legs to get the notion of jogging, running, so if you don't really run or jog when you start running or jogging it'll be easier to
I'd say do this for 30 minutes. I know its hard to do it for that long when you have weight issues like that not used to running so I'd say once you get to 15 minutes take a 5 minute break and do another 15 minutes.
- Keep water with you at all times
- Make sure you use the restroom before you get on the elliptical
- Make sure there's a fan around to cool you off
- I recommend putting on damp clothing to keep cool (it helps)
- Listen to music, watch tv, or listen to motivational videos.
- If you feel like giving up, don't give up, just slow down and take your time.
2. Lift weights
You're going to need to build muscle. Not only in your chest but in your arms. This guy is lifting 100 pound weights which is a bad idea for you if you have chest fat. I'd recommend grabbing 15 - 25 pound weights.
There are multiple exercises you can dolike the one in the picture, the number one exercise i recommend is (don't know what its called, someone showed me this at the gym)
Lay on a weight bench, on your chest, face down. Legs together in a planking position. Put the weights on the floor and bring them up to your chest and back down This works out your chest and bicep muscles.
I did 10 reps of 5 sets
- Listen to music
- Keep water beside you
- If you can't do as many as i did just reduce the amount of reps, and increase them by 1 more rep weekly
3. Diet
If you're not going to have a healthy diet, don't attempt any of what i told you. You're just wearing your body out, it'll all be for no reason, so don't even try exercising unless you know you're going to have a healthy diet
Stay away from salty foods like noodles, sunflower seeds, and high calorie foods. Only drink water, i know it must suck to only be able to drink water but once you lose all that weight and look good you'll love water.. trust me. Get an app called MyFitnessPal. The app says you must be older than 18, if you're not just say you are.
Tell them you're height, weight, age etc.. and tell them how much weight you want to lose a week 0.5 - albs I believe. And they'll tell you how many calories you can take in a day to be able to lose that much weight a week. They have a barcode scanner so can the code off of whatever you eat/drink and they'll tell you how many more calories you can take in for that day.
Be dedicated.. the faster you do this the faster you'll start losing weight, and looking much better.. feeling much better, and actually be able to do and participate in activities..
Side note: if you're lifting weights for the first time, you will be sore for about a week.. it won't feel good at all... especially in your chest.
When you feel it just remember to stretch as much as you can. Alright good luck and make sure you check out that app!

All good advice apart from the lifting part, you've been taught wrong, a lot of guys at the gym have no idea what they're talking about.
The exercise you mention is a dumbbell row, it doesn't target your chest, it targets your lats (upper back muscles) and your biceps. To work the chest you need to push forwards as with a bench press (like the guy in the picture). You should do both of these exercises. When you only work one side eventually that side will be stronger than the opposite side, and those stronger muscles will pull your joints (in this case, your shoulders) forwards or backwards, leading to bad posture and probable injury as a result. You should always work opposing muscles. When you work chest, do an equal amount of upper back work. When you work biceps, work triceps an equal amount. When you work your quads, work your hamstrings. You should always work your whole body too, that will build more muscle, burn more calories, and of course more muscle needs more fuel which means you burn calories faster.
Very informative educational take - Will keep that
