Working out at a gym isn't for everybody or you can just be bored with it and looking for something else to do for a while that won't cost you a dime. Physically with any workout program, in order to see changes, especially if you are looking for gains or to lose weight, you need to add variety and change to your workouts. You can't start January first with a workout plan, and by July, you're still doing literally the same exact thing and expecting to see different or more results (I think they call that the definition of insanity).
So, why not try dancing? Moving your body freely in dance allows you to work a lot of different muscle groups at once and unlike being in a class at a gym, if you can't afford it/don't have time to get to classes, or you feel you aren't the greatest dancer, there is no excuse not to workout and dance at home in your living room and just have a good time doing it. Here are some totally free dance workouts (and tons more that can be found on the channels listed).

Based off of Eric Prydz's 'Call On Me' music video that came out in the early 2000's, Pump It Up is the dance workout inspired by the music video which was of course inspired by dance workouts of the 80s. The soundtrack is entirely that of The Ministry of Sound. Instruction is offered, medium-high intensity workout.

How To Create a YouTube Playlist
Create a YouTube Account if you don't already have one (it's free). Then click on a video on YouTube. Underneath that video on the left, it says, "+Add to." Click on that and you can create a new playlist, name it, and add the video(s) or you can add the video or videos to an existing playlist that you already have.
