Simple and easy workouts you can fit into a busy schedule:
1. Holding your arms out straight, creating a continuous line from one hand to the next. (simplified: like an airplane.) Keep them like this for 5+ minutes. It actually hurts more than you think. You can do them while watching a tv show or movie!!! Need more of a chalk? Try moving them in small circles.

2. Wall sits.
Stand up straight with your back flat against the wall. Move down into a squaring position, keeping your back flat on the wall. Hold it for at least thirty seconds.

3. Squeezing your ab muscles while simply sitting in class can help you tone. Clench your abdominal muscles for ten seconds, then relax, and repeat. Make sure to breathe regularly.

4. Calf raises.
Stand with feet flat on the ground. Then, go as far up onto your tiptoes as you can without loosing balance. You can either hold it and bounce a little while still on your tiptoes, or you can lower immediately and repeat. It will burn during or directly afterwards, that's normal.

- Make sure to drink lots of water and eat lots of potassium!!

Nice suggestions :)
My personal favorites are the childish games: the use of hula hoops and jumping ropes. They can get you sweating at any time without realizing it.
No one really is busy; people just have many things to prioritize.
I'd say if you're going to dedicate that time to working out, go hard and do some brutal HIIT or something. I feel like this would be a good intro to working out
If you want results you have to go hard
