Honestly, like a lot of Women, i struggle mostly with my midsection, it's so hard to get rid of the jiggly waist fat and ever since I'm Hula Hooping I changed my life completely !!!

Best thing about this is that hooping burns about 7 calories per minute, or about 210 calories during a 30-minute workout, and sometimes even more, it all depends on your exercise intensity, gender, age etc. BUT IT DOES BURN TONS OF CALORIES !!!
