The Dumbing Down of Americans Through Chemical Warfare in Our Food

This is going to be a short one but an important issue for me. Lately I have been noticing more people having all kinds of medical ailments. Brain fog, constant pain, going into a room and instantly forgetting why they went in their, bad joints, constant headaches. This described me perfectly until about the age of 19.

I woke up one day with the most excruciating gut pain in my life. I had to crawl to my dad's room where he let me use his phone. They took me to the ER and ran a million tests on me. Finally, they diagnosed me with Crohn's.

Over the next 5 years, I experimented with foods to find out what I can and can't eat. Finally, I deduced it down to preservatives being at fault as they were attacking my gut bacteria and my white blood cells would then attack the inflamation and the inflamation is what causes the symptoms of Crohn's.

They are putting poisons in our food without having to tell us what they do. Carcinogens, Neonicotinoids that are killing our precious bees, Ascorbic Acid that causes food to practically never expire but causes rashes in some people, roundup on everything. It is destroying the people of our great nation's health and you know why they do it? MONEY! They sell us food that would be rancid without these chemicals. They use low quality meat and add coloring agents to make it look better than it is. Then sell it for 2000% profit. If you saw it being made, you wouldn't want to feed it to your dog. These chemicals are causing all kinds of ailments. Now that I eat preservative-free, I feel 1000% better. I have no more brain fog or mood swings. The human body hasn't evolved to take these chemicals into our bodies. If you can do one thing for your body, eat whole foods and drink lots of water. If I can do it, you can, too. You can thank me later.

Great find and so true. I live in the sticks and grow and hunt my own food to the maximum possible. I grow only heirloom open pollination seeds and when I travel pack as much carry-grub as I can to limit my intake of the shyt food sold to the public. People are such pawns and useful idiots. They eat poison food and politics simultaneously.

I was raised all organic, and I'm continuing to do this as an adult. I'm going to raise my kids on all organic food too, for the very reasons you've discussed here. Some of my friends get offended by this for some reason. They think I'm attacking their lifestyle. I'm not. I'm simply making a different decision than them.

Yes. When my friends offer me something I can't eat, they always act super suprised. "You really can't have cheesy puffed pork rinds in a sweet and spicy soylent sauce. Now with extra soylent?" Like, nuh-uh.

I went down the natural health/clean good rabbit hole about a decade ago and I could never go back. It works. I'm 44 and people think I'm in my 30's.

Just be glad you figured it out as young as you are. A life time of sticking with this is going to increase your quality of life exponentially.

Yeah that might be the way I get my thoughts down. I get very heated. The reason being in this case is because every time I tell my friends to eat better, they basically tell me to piss off. Plus, there should definitely be stricter guidelines on what can go in our food. Not all chemicals are bad. Citric Acid and Stevia are both very beneficial in a lot of ways.

You're 100% correct. We are being poisoned by our food. You say drink water. The water supplied to homes in Ireland is so heavily fluoridated people are dumbed down and docile.

Good take. I agree with everything but I'll add that sugar, grains and dairy are all equally bad for us. Our bodies were never meant to eat that stuff and they have all kids of bad effects on our body, including our gut.
