Yes, it's common for you to have a dominant leg, just as you have a dominant hand. And most people are right-legged, just like most are right-handed. More pain in one leg is actually a sign that that leg may be weaker, not stronger.
Your left leg feeling tighter than your right could be because you are having to push it harder. Transient hypertrophy is when muscles get bigger for a short time after you work out. If your right leg isn't working as hard as the left one, the muscles aren't going to get bigger, so they won't feel as tight.
To make certain of which of legs is the dominant one, try lifting weights with them separately. Whichever is stronger is dominant.

Of course, it's hard to get the balance right... but they really shouldn't be massively different unless you were just sitting doing exercises with only one arm/leg which I don't see anyone doing? Although you'll always have a dominant arm or leg, it'll be the one you always use first it tends to feel like the stronger one.
Yes I think so I have one leg stronger then the other although injuries may have played a part in that.
Yes it's possible to have a stronger/weaker limb, my legs are the same.

Yes, you should always lead with your weaker arm so that way lets say your left is the weakest and you can only do 8 bicep curls but easily can do 10 with your right arm, you won't be bigger in one arm that the other. So if you can only get 8 with the weakest, only do 8
All limbs are used differently. Like the right leg, you use it to push the gas pedal.
Maybe you're a lefty in writing. You use your right to lift things at home.
Overtime the limbs can be stronger than the other just by the slightest. Most people have a dominant side where the limbs are stronger and also fine motor control is better. It's perfectly normal.
My right pec is half inch smaller than left one. I call em biggie smalls and yes its common
Yes it's possible. I know my dominant arm is stronger than my other arm.
