i want to up my weights for my squats and bench..but i don't have any machine/power rack to help me with this.
i've been using weight that i can get up no problem...but if i want to add some more, it's difficult to get the bar up to my shoulder because i have nothing to rest it on initially.
sorry if i made no sense.. but what are some things i can do to help me out?
(i am going to buy a power rack/cage eventually...it's just not too good for my wallet at the moment)
