I was watching a YouTube video regarding chest training and this guy was mentioning how planes of motion have an impact on it. I also noticed some weight trainers don't feel the same way though. What are your thoughts?
For those who don't know what I mean about it, it's in regards to the direction a person is pressing in when they are doing a chest/bench press having an impact on stimulating certain areas of the chest.
