i want to lose weight and have a complete make over to feel good about myself and to maybe see if my ex will like what he sees and hopefully rekindle what we had do you think its possible? if I make myself more attractive to when he first met me that he will be tempted again?

Yeah it'll work.

when he sees you being confident and having fun without him he'll probably get jealous, especially if your around other guys.

but yeah don't act like your affected by him and show him that you don't need him.

doing good things for bad reasons is not healthy. how will you feel when you do all this work and your ex doesn't care, doesn't want anything to do with you? if you'll still feel great, then do it. otherwise think long and hard about what you're doing and why.

It might work, but I think it's not healthy (emotionally/mentally) to change yourself with this goal in mind.

im doing almost the same thing, I haven't spent much time with any of most of my friends for I'm using the summer to become a better person pyshically and mentally
