How do you lose 50 pounds in 3 months?

50 lbs in 3 months is nearly impossible, depending on how much you weigh. The most you should lose in a month is 10 lbs (Which is healthy and likely to stay off, do not binge diet!), but for me the first time losing weight I lost about 16 lbs the first month since I just started... At first you'll begin to lose weight faster but then your body will slow down the pace. I have been through starving myself, binge eating, gaining, etc. WORST mistake was binge eating, and cutting my calories to anything lower than 1,000 cal per day and making my body even more hungry (Which had resulted in binge eating). Don't think you'll be able to control your hunger. *The trick is to eat about 1,200 cal then burn at least HALF of that amount of calories exercising*. Use the app, MyFitnessPal to keep track of your calories and record your meals.

eat foods that have one or two ingredients in them...that are raw and pure, and keep eating every 2-3 hours to raise metabolism

like apple is one ingredient
grilled chicken and spinach is 2 ingredients
almonds and yogurt is 2 ingredient
hummus and celery

eat all natural healthy and drink water no junk very little sugar

Losing 50 pounds in three months is not a healthy goal. The body needs time to adjust. You did not get 50 pounds overweight in three months, You probably will not lose 50 pounds in three months. And if you do, it will likely be very unhealthy. Check out the fitness, health, and weight control sites for good ideas and realistic expectation. Do follow through to be healthier, but do it reasonably and then stay with it.

eat healthy foods not junk
flax seeds have good fats and fibre which decrease fat.
Don't watch TV
exersize.
Don't eat dinner after 6pm.
Eat properly.know what you are eating.what nutrients are in.

There's no healthy way to do it. G to myfitnesspal and it will determine how many calories to eat to lose weight. Do cardio work and drink plenty of water.

Stop being a fatty and eat salads instead/without dressing for gods sake and exercise not 10mins and head over to mcdonalds..exercise for a good 45mins 5 days a week..Use weights and do situps and squats and run a couple laps.
