I've been stressed about stuff , so i eat when im stressed , and i didn't see that i gained weight,

Eat right, consume around 1300 calories per day (calculating your BMR and then applying the Harris Benedict equation will give you a more specific, personalized figure), and get healthy exercise.
Whatever you do, do NOT resort to unhealthy weight loss methods. It's not worth it, and so, SO many of those pills are just outright gimmicks or they're totally unsafe. It's not worth the risk at all.

Walking, sit-ups and swimming and only eat sunflower seeds, yogurt and sugar free granola. Drink only water.
It makes you lose 16pounds max. but definitely not healthy..
