GYM RATS! Please take a look...?

Hey :)

Didn't want to write a long question title BUT say there is one day a week where you get home at 7 pm or something and you want 8 hours of sleep
Would you rather exercise and burn say 500 calories, eat dinner at a later time, say 8:30 pm and go to bed at 10 pm
OR
Would you rather skip the workout for the day (you have strength training tomorrow so that might help), eat dinner earlier and have extra time for digestion before bed? NOTE: You will be consuming less and only your energy expenditure cals.
