I'm 18 and have worked at McDonalds a few years ago and I can definitely tell you, all that greasiness and oil your face gets exposed to does cause acne, and fast food is junk, deep-friend in saturated fat, no wonder :P reason why is that by eating that stuff, your body might'nt be able to digest all that oil so it goes to your skin, thus pimples/acne.
Sorry this is really long. I have no acne/pimples now, because I swear by: drinking HEAPS OF WATER. It might be hard, but carry a drink bottle everywhere you go.. I drink at least 3 litres. Eat healthy, heaps of vegetables and fruit (this gets old but IT'S TRUEEEE)
HEALTHY fats- salmon, almonds, avocados, walnuts, seeds
Carbs- no refined, white carbs, but brown rice, legumes, sweet potato, Also- eggs, cottage cheese, Greek yoghurt, dark chocolate (myth that it causes acne)
Vitamin C- blueberries, strawberries, kiwi fruit
Selenium- brazil nuts, fish, eggs, tomatoes
Okay I'm getting hungry so I'll stop. But.. seriously maccas is all junk and you want to stay away from it (chemicals, bad cholesterol, trans fat, etc)

Eat one of the grilled chicken wrap/grilled chicken salads/crunchy noodle chicken salad. Or you could go to another cafe/restaurant to pick up a quick lunch before you work.
I suggest you either try searching for a different place to work at.. you will have no regrets. I was quite unhealthy but then got a part time job at a restaurant where they make fresh, gourmet food, topped it up with exercise and voila, my acne seemed to magically melt away lol. Did I mention that I worked 3 days/week (2 after school+Saturday), free meals that chef made included grilled salmon with salad, chicken and mushroom fettucine, etc, so much better than junk maccas.
Good skin starts from within (that rhymes haha).

Yes, absolutely. Saturated and trans fats, and the massive amount of sugar can all contribute to your skin's appearance. Even the salads are packed with sugar. The skin is often a huge indication of what you're putting into your body. Pack your own lunch is my advice!
I like how the magazine at my dermatologist said that there's no evidence that fast food and soda can cause breakouts. But they do for me and lots of other people I know. Everyone's body is different.
Yes, they contain excessive saturated fats which enhances the process of acne development by increasing fat in your body secretions especially on your face.

It's a common misconception that diet causes acne. It is possible however that you may be in contact with grease at work and then you touch your face without thinking about it which causes the pores to be clogged. But eating the food will not cause acne. I'm on the road a lot for work and I have a terrible diet that includes fast food, but I haven't had serious outbreaks since my hormones cooled down after my teen years.
Fast food is bad for a reason. Your skin is the largest organ of your body. If its constantly breaking out because of your new..."diet". Its trying to tell you something.
It definitely can be. I have noticed that some fat foods cause me acne and when I eat more healthy, acne reduces.
Probably the salads would be better, and maybe wrap with chicken or fish.
Yes greasy unhealthy food causes bad skin. You are what you eat. Don't eat the food there
