Thanks
Are there any vitamins that help regulate stress or anxious feelings?
Thanks
Yes, but not all THAT much.
Fish oil appears to help somewhat with acute anxiety when its quite bad, but no difference on moderate cases.
Vitamin C, 3g a day has some measured impact
Ashwagandha has some good studies.
Rhodiola appears to offer some protection against the fatigue impact of stress.
You could look into other Adaptogen's as well.
But I wouldn't expect huge shifts from any of them.
I'd try them, but focus on mindfulness meditation and focused applied behavioral therapy.
If you don't have access to a therapist, you might consider the free website moodgym
Magnesium, preferable citrate, it's more bio available. You can also find out some other things here that helped me: https://curepanicattacksaway.blogspot.ca/
Green Tea should be good for energy levels, also taking Iron pills could boost your energy and overall boost your mood. Don't take them with out a Doctors consent, you want to know how much you should take for them to work with out overdosing!
Do you practice any sport like swimming, mountain climbing or maybe a team sport? Something you find fun, even playing games like my brother does. It's what seems to work best for me, kinda like balancing the mental and physical.

Have you tried meditation? It can have a powerful effect, if you persist and go a bit deeper. Tai chi and abdominal breathing too.
I think some B vitamin supplements are made for calming.
