Go see your doctor. Sounds like it could be a UTI/Kidney Infection. That would explain the nausea, stomach pain, back pain, and urinary frequency and the fatigue too. I don't think the appetite is related to that, perhaps that is stress or something else going on.
See your doc, ask for Tolterodine Tartrate, take 1 cap per day when you wake up BUT you MUST see the doc, it may be something different. I advise this as I suffer the same but I am NOT a doc and you need to see one. Tell the doc what I said, he may have a quick test to prove/disprove all I said. Take care and be lucky.

I find myself doing that on my period. Or at least I used to when I wasn't on the pill. You can always wait to take a test. You may not be far enough along for the test to detect it
Maybe just a urine infection you should go see a doctor you may get put on antibiotics for it :3
