Can a slim person still lose weight (1kg) if they burn 7,700 calories?

1 kg (2.2 lbs) is about 7,777 calories. That means in order to lose the 1 kg I would need to burn those calories.
My BMR is around 1450. Therfore if I work out everyday and burn about 500-600 calories how long will it take me to lose the 1 kg?
Also I am already slim so will it still be possible to lose the 1 kg to get to my goal weight?
I will eat about 1300 calories per day.
