What are your personal healthy eating recipes?

I'm interested in dropping six pounds. 105 now, goal is 99. I want collarbones that POP! So...please share your tried and true healthy eating recipes! Anything from a juice you've made before or dinner recipes or just ideas for snacks, etc...

My mom made this juice thingy last night that is REALLY delicious even though it sounds so awful lol.

INGREDIENTS!
Swiss chard
Mint
Kale
Apple
Lemon Juice
Turmeric Root

I'm drinking it now and...it doesn't suck. :D It tastes like...water. Sweet water.
