wrong timing of sleeping. sleep at around 11pm.
your bed could be too soft or mattress is thick and foamy.
try sleeping on thin mattress on floor. i feel amazing.
you might not be tired enough, like physically. do some activity before you go to bed.
might not be getting enough oxygen while asleep. open the window for some fresh air.
drink water before sleeping.

Do you eat a lot of sugary food? If you eat foods with a lot of sugar you often wake up tired. So I've been told lol
Get your cortisol levels checked. I suffer from adrenal fatigue and my cortisol levels were very low. I am supposed to be on meds for them but I haven't taken them for awhile.
Either you aren't getting enough sleep or you are tossing and turning and not really resting. Do you have sleep apnea?

Are you getting enough exercise and fresh air? Eating right?
Aside from what the other gag members suggested you could have hypothyroidism.
Technically you need 8 hours to get a full nights rest.
Could be many things.
-poor nutrition
-not getting enough sleep
-not getting GOOD sleepI have the same problem six hours just isn't enough sleep
Try getting 7. See if that helps
6 hours isn't enough.
