Eating healthy is impossible!!!

I'm trying to eat healthy. I am trying not to skip meals and eat smaller portions and eat healthy snacks to keep my metabolism going but I'm always out and busy and never home. I am luckily to be able to squeeze time for working out in the morning by getting up early. I'm basically only eating dinner and a snack a day.

I don't want to go I to starvation mode where my body stores everything I eat. Bc I'm skipping meals I'm gaining weight.
