Well being women we sort of were blessed with gaining the majority of our extra weight on our thighs hips and butt vs guys who will gain theirs on their midsection to start. Being sarcastic when I say blessed. This is one of the toughest areas to lose the weight, because it is the first place weight is added. It's going to take some time and commitment to pull it off. Running is the best way to start overall. It's a total body workout. You're going to have to incorporate weight training as well though. The more muscle the faster your body will burn the fat throughout the day and your workouts. Plus you have to tone in order to get what you are asking of. Doing both at the same time will get you what you want the quickest. (her 40 min workout will burn about 400 calories for the average person plus boost your metabolism for the next hour so eat about 15 min after you workout and the majority of it will go to replenish your body and be burned off) Amazon.com Jillian Michaels workouts will kick your ass, they're hard, but if you do it everyday by the two week mark you'll see and feel a big difference (personal experience, lost 15 pounds by almost my third week). Diet is huuuuuge too-6 meals a day(3 portioned main meals and 3 portioned snacks)-also start looking at the calories in everything you pick up and eat, you have to burn more than you take in. Water, water, water, water. did I say water? lol have a bottle of it with you all the time. *Eat whole grains- bread, cereal-watch for high sugar ones *a lot of protein (lean protein-chicken, tuna-no mayo just straight with maybe salt and pepper for taste, *other fish-limit once to twice a week, turkey, tofu-barely any taste and lots of protein, *veggies- as many as you want, *fruit- limit to one to two a day and watch ones that contain a lot of sugar because this will spike your insulin and only make you have cravings sooner rather than when you should, *a multi vitamin!- very very important. Also, allow your self to spoil once a week. Pick a day and one meal on that day to have whatever your little heart desires, but keep it portioned. Dancing is a fun way to loose weight :D at first, it seems really easy. after dancing for about 30 minutes, you start to feel the effect. Oh, and this can be any type! :)
I do Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Hip-Hop.
The ones that take the most out of me are ballet and hip hop. Ballet really builds your muscles, while hip-hop makes you loose weight veryyy quickly :D
Stretch marks are a type of scar, so whatever you would use to reduce a scar should also work to reduce stretch marks.
Swimming. Swimmer girls always have the nicest bums. Call me a perv or w/e, but it's true. lol

yes the age old question lol ...so I guess the first thing is to really want to lose weight because then you have that drive, second eat healthy like if your craving something like candy or chips etc. then start get some water and fruits and eat or some healthy type of cereal like cherios(original)...
plus if you just start drinking water nothing else like pop or something JUST water it really helps I tried it and I'm still doing it
the second part is excersize, so if your sitting by the tv start doing crunches set a limit and keep raising it if you can then, oh and the crunches do them like umm...your right elbow reaches your left knee and vise versa. lastly if you live kind of close to a store or anything walk rather than drive call up your friends and walk together you won't feel it but walking helps alot
