Working out left in pain need advice?

Madam, I would suggest, that you are over-exerting yourself. You need to learn how to preserve your energy as well as expend. I personally advocate awareness practises such as tai chi, kung fu, meditation, qigong, yoga, whatever works for you; and mixing those in with your more overt external practices.
My *very* *personal* opinion is that those sorts of exercises aren't very healthy, they're too frantic and not very sustainable. You need to learn to listen to your body I would suggest. Allow it to recover for a bit, and integrate some of your progress, before going back to activity. I mean, in a way, it's logical right. My body is sore, therefore rest it. Where does this mentality come from, that if you're in pain, it's time to push yourself even harder? Obviously, to some degree, pain, and pushing yourself, is good, but there still needs to be moderation and rest.
General guidelines for internal health are important too, IMO. Getting enough sleep - starting from 11pm, not over-eating, not eating too much sugar, etc.
Are you completing a sequence of different workouts or repeating the same one every day? Alternate programs and refrain from focusing on one part of your body. Workouts that are unbalanced, lacing proper form or extending past proper range of motion can be detrimental to your physical health. Also, check your died for all around health. Regulate your sleeping schedule and stretch before and after your workouts
The workouts are different everyday but include the jumping jacks i think they are what causes it. I eat really well sleep well i have a Gud routine.
OK stop working out so hard

Do a hard "short" workout every other day (45-60 minutes no more), give your muscles time to heal and build up, if you keep going at it day after day you'll never get anywhere. Also eat right, lot's of lean protein like fish, chicken, turkey and eggs. I eat salmon, it's an excellent choice as it contains good oils and high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids, a "good" fat that can be beneficial to your health, that and i tastes amazing.
what kind of pain? is it just muscle soreness or other then that?
Muscle sore
from my experience, muscle sorenes is normal in the beginning (even the extreme one) but after 3-4 weeks you shouldn´t get it anymore.
Do you think i should push through. I have been stopping to let them rest but once im better i try again same thing happens.
you don´t damage anything. there are different theories as to what is better, pushing through or wating it out. it depends on what you are going for. if you try to build muscle it is not "optimal" to have the extreme soreness though a bit is fine. if you are going for cardio, it´s not that bad, since you are only burning fat instead of building muscle. it´s also a factor, how fast you want to see results from your training.
i personally like to give my muscles 4 days of rest (this is why i do a split plan in the gym) but for cardio, i go every other day... so maybe try to push through it, since it will eventually stop occurring
